Students completing this course will usually work in Management or Administrative roles managing staff in a variety of different scenarios from small to large businesses.
Assessment
This course is assessed by means of an exam which is held three times a year. There are two examinations, one of three hours for mandatory units and one of two hours for optional units. Both will be held at your local centre. Papers will be marked by ATHE. All students are tested internally on each unit at the centre. All modules should have an assignment of about 3000 words on a selected topic. This will be marked internally and moderated by ATHE. It will make up to 30% of the marks. Examination is 70%.
Delivery of the course
The course is taught at ATHE accredited centres worldwide. It will have three starts, September, January and June with some flexibility for centres.

Entry Requirements
Level 5 - A diploma level qualification or equivalent is the entry requirement for this course Students need to be fluent in English unless course is undertaken in a country where English is not the spoken or first language.
