This course was developed with Kudos Training and has been designed to provide training and development across a broad spectrum of duties.
The units provide a clear and practical approach to Management studies, showing their applicability and contribution to daily administrative tasks.
Very important are the “soft” skills of management assistants as they continually represent their employers, chair meetings and need to be excellent communicators.
The “hard” skills such as producing relevant research, providing budgets and utilising IT are also centrally important. The optional choice between two units, gives students an opportunity to branch into Destination Management, or deepen the Human Resources role as Human Resources is today accepted as a very Strategic Function of all businesses.
