1. Once you have chosen your course and wish to apply, please complete the enclosed Enrolment Form in full and return it to the college together with a registration fee of £25.00 (non refundable). Please ensure that you read the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment stated at the back of the form. Copies of all your educational qualifications must be enclosed with your application for evaluation.
Banker's Drafts should be made payable to ‘Stratford College London'.
Alternatively, payment may be remitted by direct transfer to the college's bank account.

2) If your qualifications satisfy the minimum entry requirements of your chosen course, you will be notified in writing of an offer of a place, together with a letter for your bank which itemises the course fees payable and your living expenses.
3) If you decide to accept the offer, you will be required to remit a minimum deposit as stated in the ‘Offer Letter' in order to obtain visa application documents including accommodation details.
4) Students must note that visa process takes time. It is, therefore, advisable to apply as far in advance as possible of the commencement date of their course. Students must also note that communication by post takes time and delays can occur in the postal system.
5) Students must state their full name and postal address on the Application Form. The college will not be responsible if there is a delay in applicants receiving their documents due to incorrect or insufficient address.
6) When you apply for a visa, you will be required to produce the following documents:
(a) A valid passport
(b) College Letter of Acceptance onto a full-time course of study, consisting of at least 15 hours day-time study per week.
(c) Copies of all your educational qualifications including evidence of English, e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, GCSE ‘O'or ‘A' level certificates, or equivalent
English Language qualification.
(d) Documentary evidence to show that you are able to meet the cost of your studies and living expenses.
(e) Evidence to show that you intend to return to your country on completion of your course.
7) If your visa application is successful, you are required to inform the college of this fact and you are also required to pay the balance of your first year's fees before the commencement of your course.
8) Once you have arrived in the U.K. you are required to report to the college in order to complete all other formalities.
9) If your visa is refused, then you must send us the original ‘Refusal Letter' and Appeal Form given to you by the British High Commission/Embassy. On receipt of this document we will refund your deposit after deducting £100.00 to cover our administrative fee.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
(UK STUDENTS)
- Students who are resident in the U.K. can either visit the college and submit their Application Form and educational documents in person or send them by post. The completed Enrolment Form must be accompanied by a registration fee of £25 (non refundable).
